2021! 2020 Won? 

By now, if you set New Years Resolutions, you are probably ruing (again) how you haven’t kept up with them the way you resolved to………Or, you may be wondering why 2021 just seems to be picking up right where 2020 finished (funny that!) instead of everything wrong in the world magically righting itself at 00.01 on January 1, 2021 as many would have had us believe.

But it didn’t. It’s not. It won’t. So we are here. Now. 

And after a year of observing steadily intensifying unhappiness and stress based on variations of the same 3 things,  we finally have things in place to launch FlashFit online! 

That means….wherever in the world you live, however much space you have available (indoor or outdoor), whatever equipment you do (or don’t) have access to, we have you covered.

We realize that health and fitness is about more than just how you look in your underwear, and act accordingly. In a time when everyone is concerned about one or more of: 

1) Physical Health and Fitness

2)Mental and Emotional Wellbeing                                                                                                  (stats that show the impact the various forms of lockdown/social isolation etc have had on mental health are frightening)

3)Financial Stability                                                                                                                               (We can’t put more money your pocket, but we can minimise the effect that 1) and 2) have on 3)!

We realize the importance of exercise programs and nutrition guidelines that are able to be followed without needing a Masters degree in Physiology and are able to be integrated into the daily life of a regular person. With step by step explanation videos, advanced tracking software that enables us to track your progress (or lack of) and adjust accordingly, and in-app personalized messaging and video feedback available, we strive to provide a set up where all you need to add is EFFORT.
